Juan Cebrian（唤·赛博力安）阿根廷人，乐队、唱片、演唱会、网络音乐平台、音乐电视频道的导演&制作人。拉丁美洲第一个音乐电视频道Music21的创始人，世界第一个拉丁音乐电视频道Telemusica的创始人。   他出生在阿根廷布宜诺斯艾利斯市。20世纪70年代末的纽约，他开始了他的职业生涯，以摄影师和记者的身份，为各音乐杂志供稿。    80年代初，他回到阿根廷，开始担任阿根廷本土一些新摇滚流行乐队的经理人和制作人，这些乐队包括：Nylon,Soda Stereo, Los Encargados, Perdon Amadeus , Pelvis and Los Violadores 等。 1985年他录制了他人生的第一张现场演唱会视频专辑Los Violadores at Palladium Hall ，之后又为乐队相继制作了三张唱片。其中"Y ahora que pasa, eh? "成为朋克摇滚史上最成功的专辑之一。

从那时起，他的制作生涯就没有停止过。他不仅制作纪录片，作为制作人和导演，还录制了很多现场演唱会的精彩视频。   1988年，人权组织Amnesty主办世界公益巡回演唱会，带领众多著名乐队/歌手来到阿根廷，如: Peter Gabriel, Sting, Bruce Springsteen等。 Juan Cebrian & Music21为这场具有历史性意义的巡演做了一场特别节目。

作为导演和制作人，他为来到阿根廷的世界最伟大艺术家们，录制了很多现场演出和纪录片。如：Aerosmith, Santana, U2, Robert Plant, Simply Red, RHCP, Jamiroquai, Guns N' Roses，以及The Rolling Stones等。

Juan Cebrian, Argentine director and producer of music contents, bands, music records, live shows, TV programs and online music platforms. He is the creator of Music21, the first music channel in Latin America, also the creator of telemusica, the first Latin music channel in the world. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He started his professional career in late 70's in New York as a photographer and reporter for music publications. In early 1983 he is back in Buenos Aires, he began working as manager & producer for new upcoming rock & pop bands rising in the local scene : Nylon, Soda Stereo, Los Encargados, Pelvis and Los Violadores were some of the bands he worked. In 1985 he recorded his first live show video Los Violadores at Palladium Hall , also he produced for them 3 albums. "Y ahora que pasa, eh? " becoming one of the most successful punk rock albums. In 1986 he started producing his first TV documentary show Backstage. He was also the presenter in this documentary programs covering and showing details and interviews of many world-famous rock & pop bands: Sting, The Cure, Ramones, Siouxsie & the banshees, Iggy Pop, The Mission, etc. In 1988 he created Music21 the first music TV channel in Latin America , with all original programs: backstage, top21, rocanrol, videostory, sold out. Since then he never stop producing music audio visuals, not only producing documentaries, also he was the producer & director of many Iive video concerts. In 1988 human rights organization Amnesty International hosted a World Tour, leading many famous bands and singers to Argentina, as Peter Gabriel, Sting, Bruce Springsteen. Juan Cebrian with Music21 did a special production programs of this historic tour. As a producer & director, he recorded many live shows and documentaries for the greatest world artists playing in Argentina. Aerosmith, Santana, U2,Robert Plant, Simply Red, RHCP, Jamiroquai, Guns N' Roses, The Rolling Stones, etc. In 1993 with the success of Latin style, he created Telemusica, the world's first 24 hour music TV channel playing latin music . For many years , Music21 and Telemusica were leaders in music programing in Latin America, were successfully transmited through satellite to more than 11 million homes, in more than 500 cities, in 13 countries. In 2001, he created “muziknet.tv” , an internet music platform for TV subscribers to log in and select music channel, bands, singers, programs and songs. He included in this platform “elektronica.tv”，a dance culture, DJs and techno music channel，and “muzikplanet.tv”，native sounds, ethnic, jazz and world music.
